Amarilla Golf Course can be found in the southern coast of Tenerife, just bordering the sea. Here you will be able to enjoy plenty of sunshine all year round.
The Amarilla Golf course was designed by the world renowned designer Donald Steel, who took advantage of the contrast of this fabulous island to achieve a varied course between the ravines and the Ocean.
The Amarilla Golf Course was opened in 1989, and just one year later the Course was the host of the second edition of the Tenerife open, which is part of the European P.G.A tour.
The highlight of Amarilla Golf Course is the incredible views of the majestic Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean, it is surrounded by the wonderful barrancos. The fascinating canarian flora can be discovered during your round at the Amarilla Golf Course.
You can also discover the spectacular views of the Ocean from the first tee but the most impressive part of the Amarilla Golf Course reaches its peak at the superb fifth hole, where the sea becomes a fairway making it necessary to cross it in order to reach the green.
The Amarilla Golf course is suitable for all levels as it is challenging for professionals and attractive for beginners.
The superb facilities at the Amarilla Golf course include Pitch and Putt, a fantastic pro shop, restaurant and bar, driving range, a swimming pool, a tennis court and an equestrian centre.
