The Bendinat Royal Golf Course is magnificently situated seven kilometres west of Palma, in an extensive wooded valley and in the heart of the Bendinat Estate.
Origianally a nine hole course, In 1995 Bendinat Golf Course was enlarged to accommodate 18 holes, under the direction of the architect F.W. Hawtree. A full grid of buggy paths was put in place and a buggy is advisable as there are some steep climbs and etensive walks bewteen tees.
The supeb clubhouse has some great views of the golf course, especially the 18th hole, and Palma Bay. The modern interior decoration will impress you as much as the excellent services and facilities.
The King of Spain is a regular visitor to the course, which is how it gets its Royal title. Bendinat is also the home of the Robert Winsor Charity Golf and the Bendinat London Senior Masters competition. Now twinned with The London Golf Club in Kent the course can now only get better and better with the new management team.
