The result of the magnificent team work of the grounds keepers and the course staff, has produced Benalup Golf Course which has become a collaboration of professionals, resulting in a truly magnificent golf course.
Benalup Golf Course has been designed by the Belgian and Former Golf Champion and architect Paul Rolin, in collaboration with the Englishman Gordon English, who was responsible for the Greens execution.
These two specialists have been working for a lot of years with the well known architect Robert Trend Jones. The French landscape architect Patrick Bernard, who teaches at the University of Geneva in Switzerland, chose all the plantations.
Benalup Golf Course is a challenge for every golf player. The course is natural but at the same time extremely technical. It contains seven lakes which have been built to make the course more strategically difficult. It does not impose the buggy employment and a total of 500,000 cubic metres have been moved for this effect.
