The apartments and luxurious holiday villas are ideal for those holidaymakers who like to travel and feel at home while abroad. In the privacy of your own accommodation, holidaymakers can also avail of all the 5 star facilities of the Intercontinental Hotel (at a fee and subject to availability) at the Aphrodite Hills Resort.

All properties are well equipped and include linen and towels (except beach towels). All properties are privately owned and decorated and furnished to owners’ individual taste.

• 2 Bedroom Apartments (Approx. 110m2) with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms (1st with bath/shower/WC and 2nd with shower/WC), located on ground floor with garden or upper floor with balcony. Max

• 3 Bedroom Apartments (Approx. 120m2) with 2 double bed and 4 twin beds, 2 bathrooms (1st with bath/shower/WC and 2nd with shower/WC), located on ground floor with garden or upper floor with balcony. Max occupancy of 6 persons.
• Junior Villas with Communal Pool (Approx. 200m2, 2 or 3 bedrooms) with mountain or pool view (at a supplement), split level (ground and upper floor), balcony and garden. Close to Village Square. Max occupancy of 4 or 6 persons
• Junior Villas with Private Pool (Approx. 200 m2, 2 or 3 bedrooms), semi-detached with golf or sea view (at a supplement), split level (ground and upper floor), balcony and garden. Close to Village Square. Max occupancy of 4 or 6 persons.

• Villas and Apartments are not adjacent to the hotel, although there are villas & apartments within a short stroll for the Hotel. • For Superior Villas a rental car is highly recommended • All Resort’s facilities (hotel pool included) could be used by the Villas and Apartments’ guests, but at a fee, and are subject to availability. • Meal options (BB and HB) apply to the Golf Club House and the Village Square restaurants, not the hotel outlets • Check-in: keys received at Security Gate, guests escorted to their property by Security officer • Deposit required. * Payable locally
